Smith O’Keefe and Associates Hires Leslie Ross as Senior Account Planner

Egg Harbor Township, NJ (November 3, 2005) – Smith O’Keefe and Associates has announced the addition of Leslie Ross to its staff of marketing professionals. Ross joined Smith O’Keefe and Associates in September of 2005 and serves as Senior Account Planner. In his new position, Ross is responsible for client account management operations for the agency including oversight of the agency’s account management team. He will also be responsible for managing individual client accounts as well as new business development.

Ross brings over twenty years of consumer and B-to-B marketing communications, advertising and public relations management experience to the firm. Prior to joining Smith O’Keefe and Associates, Ross was Vice President – Healthcare for KF Dunn & Associates, Inc., where he was responsible for the development and implementation of strategic branding and integrated marketing communications programs for companies in the life sciences industry.

Prior to his association with KF Dunn & Associates, Inc., Ross was Director of Marketing Communications for Equifax Marketing Services for three years. Previous to that, he served as Vice President, Account Supervisor for Pennsylvania-based Diccicco Battista Communications, Inc. Prior to DBC, Ross was Chief Marketing and Advertising Services Officer for Wyoming Valley Health Care System where he directed the development and implementation of strategic branding, marketing and advertising for one of Pennsylvania’s leading regional healthcare systems.

Preceding, Ross co-founded and built a successful full-service marketing, communications, advertising and public relations agency, Signor/Ross & Associates. In the span of 13 years, the agency grew to include a staff of 15 creative professionals, serving national and regional clients in the banking, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, real estate and travel industries. Ross began his marketing career in New York with EGR International, a global corporate meetings/conventions and incentive travel management and marketing company, as the Director of Incentive Sales & Marketing.

Ross graduated from Drexel University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Law and Political Science.

Ross’ professional affiliations include American Marketing Association, Biomedical Marketing Association, Direct Marketing Association, and Marketing Executives Networking Group.
